You can get bespoke directions online by going to Google Maps going to the directions tab and entering the above postcode as your destination. The event is based on the south side of Loch Tay. Accommodation

You’ll need to arrive on Friday 7th July 2017 by 20.00 for the compulsory safety briefing.

There are camping facilities at the Event Hub with toilets and showers, please provide your own tent. Campervans/Motorhomes can be accommodated in the participant parking field but there is no space for side awnings. Whilst we do what we can to keep noise levels to a minimum, you will be camping around an active event hub – ear plugs are always a good idea! Please let us know if you intend to bring your own tent and camp when you register online.

It is possible to hire a tent and one supplier we know is Turtle Tents. As part of their service, tents are brought to site and erected ready for you to arrive and jump straight in. And, of course, everything is taken away again at the end. Group Tents sleep up to 6 and cost £225 for a 4 night hire, making the cost under £10 per person per night.

There are a number of hotels and Bed & Breakfasts in the area. Call the tourist office in Aberfeldy 01887 820 276 or Visit Scotland on 0845 859 1006. These are the best points of contact for accommodation in the area. You should specify that you want to be as close to Ardtalnaig as  possible.
