Kit Caching and Transition areas
- Swim — Foot (Hills)
- Foot (Hills) — Kayak
- Kayak — Bike
There are the following 3 transition areas throughout the AGKQ:
You will have an opportunity to cache the kit you require for the foot, kayak and bike sections. You will be asked to cache your kit no later than 22.00 on Friday so that we can have it in position for you on Saturday morning.
There will be 3 distinct areas in which to leave your kit; these will be shown to you at registration. We will provide 3 extra large plastic bags labelled with your participant number at registration. These kit bags are then taken and laid out in lanes at the 3 transition areas.
You will have your kit checked at registration on Friday and you must make sure that you have all of the compulsory kit with you. The compulsory kit required for the event can be found here. You do not have to have separate waterproofs for the kayak section, most people use the same waterproofs from the foot/hill section.
